Sensory characteristics: This is the gem of Aquileia appellation: crimson red with purpure shade, elegant and alluring in the nose and in the palate, hints of mulberry and spices, a great length and distinguish backbone; fantastic vin de garde.
Pairings: Wine of a good structure and attractive rich texture, perfect match for savory dishes as roasted meats and game like venison or wild boar meat, fantastic with mature cheeses.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Sensory characteristics: Deep ruby red with purple hues. In the nose clear notes of tobaccos and spices. The herbaceous trait then displays gentle notes of raspberry and blackcurrant in the palate . A lively lingering with a memories of licorice.
Pairings: Succulent wine, terrific with red meats and game, excellent with a traditional “polenta” and mushrooms or with a juicy braised beef, a mallard or the ”lepre in salmì” (wild hare in salmì).

Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow with greenish hues. The evident varietal taste is uplifted by exotic fruits notes. Quite dry, preserve its freshness and recall, in the finale, the bitter almonds.
Pairings: Friuli wines sovereign the match with a slice of Prosciutto San Daniele it’s epic, but you can enjoy it with light main courses, poultry meats and fishes.

Partèulis

Grape: 60% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, 40% Merlot
Appellation: Igt Venezia Giulia

Sensory characteristics: Bright garnet colour with a brick-red rim, broad and luscious, with zest and mulberry, with a textured firm backbone, excellent vin de garde.
Pairings: Wine of a great intensity and well crafted texture, perfect match for tasty dishes as roasted meats and game like venison or wild boar meat.

Sassilèt

Grape: 100% Chardonnay
Appellation: Igt Venezia Giulia

Pura

Harmony is the fusion of opposites. Pura is distilled from selected pomaces of Refosco, the masculine grape par excellence. But grappa is unequivocally female: light, somehow august but freeing velvety sleek vibes. Genuinely elegant: the ironically look emphasizes it, like the “scarf” which dresses the neck. Pura persuading fresh and irresistible perfumes. Is that why there are already those who serve it chilled? Limited release of only 600 bottles of 500 ml.
